Square tube sizes: 1” SQR – 2.5” Rectangular tube sizes: 0.75”x1” – 2x3” - Material finishes: Hot Roll (Black), Hot Roll P&O, Cold Roll

Current Capabilities
- ASTM A500: Full dimensional conformance and destructive testing supported along with material traceability
- ASTM A513 (partial) Dimensional only: Tubes can be made to the dimensional tolerances in A513 but we currently do not have the equipment to test welds nondestructively.
- ISO 9001 Compliant: Meets ISO 9001 standards

Future Capabilities (Testing/QC Standards)

- ASTM A513 (full): Mill is capable of supporting an ultrasonic weld tester. With sufficient interest, MachNine will install for no extra charge to customer.
